Nursery will close for summer after session on Thursday 16th July .

To celebrate an amazing year we will be having 2 parties as not all children attend every day, these parties will be on Tuesday 14th and Thursday 16th July.

As we are approaching the final weeks of the school year most of the children in the butterfly room are getting ready to leave and move up to their next class - Today (Thursday) the children that were in went on a transition morning to visit their new classroom in pre-school. If your child was not in nursery today we will take them to visit pre-school with their key person next week.

This week we have still been enjoying the story of the Gingerbread Man - the children helped Julie to bake some gingerbread men, Julie encouraged counting and taking turns,

We made some England flags to support the football!

We had so much fun playing a new game, the children had to throw the balloon through the hoop and then run around to catch it on the other side. 

On Tuesday we visited the park across the road. We had so much fun developing our physical skills.

After us missing the butterflies last time we ordered some more, here is us releasing one of the butterflies...

We practised using scissors to make snips in paper and practised using knives and forks to cut the playdough
