It has been a brilliant week filled with decimals, persuasive writing, reading, online wellbeing, spellings, hockey, properties of materials, and red noses. We created some excellent sentences in English, using parenthesis with brackets to show extra information. Some sentences we created are displayed on the board!
Well done for Ava for getting star pupil of the week, and to Leighton for hand writer of the week. We need a big push on spellings. They go home on Monday and on Friday we do a spelling test.
We are over half way through out class novel. We have debated and discussed parts of the book. We have had some excellent readers volunteering to read chapters of the novel.
