Hello and welcome back to another year 4 blog.
This week in maths, we have been extremely busy. We looked at Roman numerals at the start of the week. Then we moved on to rounding numbers to the nearest 10 and 100.
Numbers 1, 2, 3, 4 round down and 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 round up.

In writing we have been busy looking at expanded noun phrases and pronouns. This is so we could include them in our character descriptions about Peijee- The sea creature from our novel Perijee and Me.
In PE, the children practise their rolls again. We moved onto trying our different rolls and then some children even did their forward rolls along a bench! Your teachers were sooooo impressed.
