Good morning and welcome to our blog for this week.
English - The children have been investigating the features of a newspaper report. They have been practising writing the FIVE Ws that are written in an introduction. Who? When? Where? Why? What?
Art - Children have had great fun creating their final art piece. Take a look below for a selection of the great work completed.
Our certificate winner this week is Jack, for perfectly capturing his personality in his final art piece. Jack’s mixed media portrait really is “just Jack”.
This week was also our Reindeer run, we had such a fun time and raised lots of money for a great cause.
REMINDER
Wednesday 17th December is the Year 5 CHRISTMAS PARTY so the children are invited to come in non-uniform. They may wear party clothes. However, please ensure they have suitable shoes and clothing for being outside at break times.
