Friday 16th January
Another great week in year 5! We are enjoying our class novel 'The Jamie Drake Equation'. It links to our Science topic, as we have been researching the planets and learning the order from the sun. Earth is the third planet from the sun and is known as the "Blue Planet" because water covers 71% of its surface.
In Geography we have look where different mountains are around the world using longitude and latitude on a map.
In PE we have started to explore dance and movement. This week we created a group sequences in unison, using the music as a stimulus.
