Good morning and welcome to our blog for this week
As always, it has been an action-packed week in 5W. Thank you for your wonderful support for WORLD BOOK DAY. The children looked amazing! Here's a picture of the fabulous characters that arrived in school yesterday...
A wonderful effort from 5W, they went Minion mad! The children planned this all themselves with support from their parents, all we had to do as teacher's was turn up in outfits to match! A wonderful example of teamwork and collaboration.
Fractions Week
This week the whole upper phase have had a fun and exciting 'fractions week'. All week we have been doing a range of fun and exciting activities to help with our understanding of fractions. Take a look below for some pictures of the exciting things we have been up to.
Our certificate winner this week is Joseph. He won for being a fractions Fanatic. Joseph ahs shown enthusiasm, hard work and delight during the Upper Phase Fractions week. A budding mathematician.
