Westfield Community School A beacon of hope (Ofsted)

Friday 4th April

Hello and welcome back to the last year 4 blog of the term. We have had a great last week leading up to the Easter Holidays.

In writing, the children completed their persuasive writing letters to Mrs Baker, to try and persuade her that Westfield should have their own therapy dog at school. We really think Mrs Baker should take our advice and invest in one, how great would that be?

In History, the children learnt all about Sutton Hoo, an Anglo Saxon ship that belonged to a king. They then went over to the alps to be archaeologists themselves. Have a look at the pictures below.

We hope you have a lovely two week break and a super Easter. See you all back to school on Tuesday 22nd April.
