We have welcomed a new member of Staff to the Butterfly Room team, Ashleigh has 2 years experience in childcare and she has enjoyed getting to know all the children this week.

This week again we have enjoyed reading ‘The Very Hungry Caterpillar’ �� unfortunately our little surprise didn’t arrive, hopefully it will be here for next week.

As the weather has been beautiful this week we have had lots of fun outside ☀️

On Tuesday we went for a spring walk, the children all had a clipboard and a tick list and they ticked ✅ off the items they saw. We saw birds, butterflies, leaves, flowers, blossom and birds nests.

On Thursday the children had lots of fun splashing in all the water to cool them down �� 

We made yummy pizzas �� and then enjoyed eating them for snack. The children spread on their tomato base and then chose what toppings they wanted to put on.
