Hello again, here in Y6 we participate in a wide range of topics across the whole curriculum. Sometimes, these things are brand new experiences for most children.
Well, in PE we are learning the skills of tag rugby. Wigan is world famous for rugby, yet many kids have never handled the oval ball (one or two have and play for local teams though). As such, it is quite an alien concept to have to run forward yet pass backwards. However, great fun was had picking up the balls and playing evasion games whilst trying to develop the necessary skills. Take a look.
