Half term
We are closed next week for half term, we will re open as usual on Tuesday 24th of February. We hope you have a lovely week off 🌻

🌻 This week 🌻
We have been on two little trips out this week. Some children went to the Marsh Green library on Tuesday. We enjoyed reading stories about dinosaurs and other animals. The children really enjoyed choosing their own books to read and getting comfy on the cushions or with Gemma and Ashleigh to listen to some stories. We have also been to the pet shop, this is always one of the favourite places that the children love to go to.
We have had pancakes to eat this week. The children were offered strawberries, blueberries and bananas to enjoy with the, as part of our snack. We have also made pancakes in the playdough. We had our role play pans and rolling pins out to pretend to fry them and the children naturally took them over to the role play ovens to cook them. We were very impressed with their knowledge and initiatives.
We have also had fun with valentines day activities. The children have been busy in the playdough rolling it in their hands, squashing it and then splatting it into the red glitter to make it sparkly.
