Just a reminder that we are closed next week for half-term. We will reopen on Tuesday 2nd June at our normal times.

Nursery photographs

On the 3rd June, the nursery photographer will be coming in. If your child isn't in on this day, you are welcome to bring them to have their photograph taken.

This week

As part of our book The Hungry Caterpillar we have been looking after our own caterpillars. The children were very excited to see that the caterpillars had grown and that some of them were now inside their chrysalis ready to emerge as butterflies.

Today we played eye spy, looking for different toys using size language: big and small, different colours and the word shiny. e.g. who can find the shiny spoon? Who can find the red car, green train, a wooden spoon? The children really enjoyed this activity, they all worked hard to find the items. This is a great game to play at home to further your child's communication and language.
