Hello and welcome to year 4's blog. Can you believe that it's only one more week till the half term.
This week has been really busy, we had a visitor in from Wigan Council to teach us about the importance of road safety. We loved getting involved and making sure we understood how to keep safe.
In maths, we have been looking at the perimeter of rectangles and how to work these out. The perimeter of a shape is the length of the outside. https://toytheater.com/perimeter-climber/
In writing, we have looked at rhetorical questions, for and against arguments and then have even written an innovation persuasive letter as to why zoos are good but also bad.
In art. we have started our art week with the focus on Pop Art. We are looking forward to showing you our final products next week.
