It is Ellie's last week this week at the Young Person's Centre, we will be sad to see her go but she is ready to start her new adventure. We want to wish her all the best for the future

POLITE NOTICES-

Water is the healthiest option for a drink; however, sugar free juice is fine but please do not send your child with fizzy pop/energy drinks.

Please ensure that all foods that are choking hazards are cut (as diagram below shows) including Grapes, blueberries & olives. Hotdogs & cocktail sausages to be sliced vertically. (like the grapes shown in the diagram below)
If your child brings full grapes to nursery for dinner time they will be sent back home.
We do not have the capacity to store the children’s packed lunches in the fridge, please ensure there is an ice pack placed inside the bag to help keep their lunch fresh.

Any food your child does not eat will be placed back in their bag; this enables you to see exactly how much your child has eaten. If you want to provide a food bag to put waste in your more than welcome too.

If your child brings a yoghurt, please also pack a spoon.

And finally, due to the Nursery’s healthy eating policy please do not put sweets or popcorn with their lunch as we are unable to let the children eat them and please pack no more than 2 biscuits/treats.

Nursery will break up for February half term after the session on Friday 14th February, and will return on Tuesday 25th February.

Please avoid sending your child into nursery with any foods/drinks as this upsets some of the other children and we have children with allergies and special dietary requirements. Many Thanks Traci
